I really struggle with the overhead press. Seems to be my weakest lift. In the Stronglift program, any lift that you fail, you try for the next 2 workouts. If you continue to fail on those do-overs, it bumps you back some weight to begin trying to increase again. I've failed 3x in a row with overhead press at 80lbs, so it has bumped me back to 70lbs for tonights workout.
You need to get yourself some 1 or 1.25 pound plates. Sometimes a 5 pound jump is just too much.
golfmonkey: First login. I learned alot on the GEA in the last 20 years and its good to see that the forum has survived. Also great to see that many of the great beasts that led the herd have survived the migration.
